The Navi Press is located in Taloja (about 30 Km from Mumbai). It is spread across 20,000 sq.feet of built-up space. It consists of Prepress, Press and Post Press Sections apart from huge storage areas for paper.
 Prepress
The prepress section is equiped with a Platerite 8600 CTP and a halftone contract proofing from I-bit files
is done on Star Proof through an Epson 7800 printer. PDF files are routinely received by broad band connection.
Press
Heatset printing is done on a Toshiba web offset press. Sheetfed printing is done on a 40 inch Mitsubishi 3f.
Post Press
Saddle stitched books are produced on the Muller Martini Flowline with 8 gathering stations,
cover feeder and inline three knife trimmer.
Storage
Reels are stored vertically using clamp trucks in a large warehouse.
Palletising & Shipping
Loading bays exist for handling large orders. We have a provision for palletising of finished products and loading into containers of 20 ft. and 40 ft. length.
Quality Control
The quality control equipment used is Gertag Macbeth reflection densitometer.
