The prepress section is equiped with a Platerite 8800 CTP, Katana Imagesetter from Dainippon Screen and Avantra 25S Imagesetter from Agfa. Halftone contract proofing from I-bit files is done on Star Proof through an Epson 7800 printer. PDF files are routinely received on a 2 MBPS fiber optic connection.

In all 7 Web Offsets are used for printing various products - from glossy magazines and books to broadsheet newspapers.

The latest addition to the battery of web offset machines is the new System 38S (578 mm cutoff), the flagship heatset weboffset from KOMORI Japan. It has autoplate loading, KHS-AI the self learning automated quick makeready system which reduces waste and improves quality. Heatset printing (546mm cutoff) is also done on 2 web offsets, Mitsubishi Lithopia and TKS. Coldset printing on a Newsline 45 (24 pages with 4 pages color) with a cutoff of 560 mm with auto splicers. One Orient Super (20 pages with 2 pages color) of 546 mm cutoff and two Orient Standard of 578 mm and 508 mm cutoffs are used for 8 pages black and white printing.

Soft cover books are produced on Muller Martini Tigra with 18 gathering stations and inline three knife trimmer Esprit apart from a 10 clamp from Muller Martini and a 6 clamp from Intimate machines. Saddle stitched books are produced on the Muller Martini Valore Flowline with 6 gathering stations and cover feeder and inline three knife trimmer. Trimming is also done on 3 knife trimmers from Kolbus and Polygraph apart from two program cutters from Wholenberg and Yoda.

Reels are stored vertically using clamp trucks in a warehouse of 100 thousand cubic feet capacity.

Loading bays exist for handling large orders. We have a provision for palletising of finished products and loading into containers of 20 ft. and 40 ft. length.
